We provide home inspection services in Bengaluru, including pre-handover inspections, resale inspections, dampness and moisture checks and reinspection, as described on this website. The exact scope, inclusions and fee for your inspection are set out in your written quotation.
2. Prices and GST
Prices on this website are launch prices in Indian rupees and exclude GST. GST is charged at 18% as applicable. Prices shown by the online calculator are indicative; the final quote depends on the agreed scope. Villas above 4,000 sq.ft and standalone dampness checks are quoted individually.
